Innovation and Transformatión
Throughout our history, we have led initiatives, campaigns and projects that have generated impact and transcendence. These are, among many, some of our outstanding milestones:
Clean Energy: our sustainable heart
Our living portal where we discover, connect, and tell the stories of the ideas, technologies, and actions driving change. A space where news, solutions, transformative experiences, and narrative and visual storytelling converge around energy, biodiversity, mobility, circularity, and everything shaping a sustainable future.
Through Clean Energy, we have participated in and covered some of the most relevant events in the sustainability, climate action, and clean energy sectors: Climate Week New York (2024 and 2025), Change Now Paris (2024 and 2025) —and we are accredited for 2026— as well as ExpoSolar 2025 and the Future Energy Summit Colombia and Chile (2025). Key stages where sustainability and clean energy are discussed, learned, and lived.
Three pillars, one purpose: transformation
Sustainability encompasses three essential pillars: environmental, social, and economic. More than a trend, it is a fundamental approach for addressing current and future global challenges — challenges that go far beyond environmental stewardship.
Through Clean Energy, we have served as judges for the Vassar Fair Sustainability Award (2024 and 2025), reaffirming our commitment to initiatives that transform territories, drive innovation, and strengthen communities.
Guardians of the Amazon Exhibition
New York
The Community Forests exhibition, through the lens of Niko Jacob, celebrates the connection between indigenous communities and the Colombian Amazon, highlighting their role in the conservation of more than 2.5 million hectares and the reduction of carbon emissions. Presented at Climate Week NYC 2024, it is now part of the private collection of the Colombian Consulate in New York.
COP16 Cali 2024 and the Yaire Project
At COP16 we accompanied The Community Forests and the Indigenous Reservation of Monochoa in the presentation of the Yaire Project, the first biodiversity credit project led by indigenous communities in Colombia.
In addition, in the Green Zone we exhibited a stand inspired by a maloca of knowledge that became a symbol of connection and learning throughout the COP.
Energize Bogota's Metro
At the 2023 Summer Festival, Energía Limpia -our specialized line in Sustainable Activations– presented “Put Energy in the Bogota Subway”, an experience that fuses sustainability and fun.
Participants generate energy by pedaling special bicycles, propelling simulated subway cars through a track. A hands-on experience that shows the power of clean energy in daily mobility.
Innovation in motion.
Circular Plastics in the Americas Program
European Union
Support for the communications strategy, image development, website and video for the Circular Plastics Program of the Americas (CPAP) of the European Union.
Art and Clean Energy Fair
European Union - Europe Day 2019
In collaboration with the European Union, Creatividad en Acción produced the Art and Clean Energy Fair for the Future.
The event merged art and sustainability with Street Art interventions, workshops and interactive exhibitions on solar, kinetic, hydro and sustainable mobility. The day closed with a recital of Creative Music from Colombia, leaving a legacy of environmental awareness in Bogota.
Be Energy
Communications and Energy Efficiency Program
San Andres, Providencia and Santa Catalina (2019)
Pioneering Energy Efficiency Campaign in the Archipelago of San Andres, Providencia and Santa Catalina, sponsored by the IDB, FENOGE and the Ministry of Mines and Energy. Created and executed in its first year by Creatividad en Acción, it left an important legacy of sustainability in the island community, marking a change towards responsible energy consumption.
Better Without Mercury
Campaign
Conceived and implemented by Creatividad en Acción to reduce/eliminate the use of mercury in gold mining in Antioquia. Sponsored by USAID, the Canadian Cooperation and the Government of Antioquia (2018).
Clean Energy Fair for Kids
Clean Energy: Present and Future
With a first version in 2016 at the Botanical Garden of Bogota, the Clean Energy Fair has evolved to inspire new generations. Through games and fun, the little ones discover in a didactic way how renewable energies and energy efficiency transform the world.
Today, the fair includes sustainable activations for young and old, customizable to create unique learning and fun experiences.
